Yes you will. However, you can pay in installments. We have a long term plan for the estate and that makes it easy to pay. We will unveil construction, infrastructure and physical allocation plans to you when you make purchase, it's all in our development guideline.

You can work on your plot in a progressive manner because it's a long term project, so development can be gradual. But in the event where you’re not making any progress on your property, you will have to sell the land.

Every project has it’s calendar. Full details about your property development are in the development guideline we give to our clients. You’ll be given as a client once you become a Richboss Realty Landlord.

You will have to follow our approved building pattern which is 2 bedroom fully-detached duplex. Especially for the exterior, you may want to redesign the interior, that is at your discretion.

If you fail to pay on the due date consecutively for three months, your plot reservation will be revoked and upon continuation of payment, you’ll be given another plot in a different location.

As it pleases you. If you want us to build for you, we’ll do that. However, if you want to build for yourself, then you can. At the moment, we don’t have an estimate for the cost of building. As soon as it’s available, we’ll let you know.

Yes you can, to have a 4 bedroom stand alone duplex.

Upon making first payment, you get your Purchase Receipt, Provisional Offer Letter and Provisional Letter of Allocation from the company (The Purchase Receipt would be sent to their mail, while Provisional Offer Letter and Provisional Letter of Allocation are downloadable on the client’s portal)Also, other strong legal documents listed below would be processed by our Lawyers, Engineering Team and from the Government at the development stage.

  5. Certificate of Occupancy - With this, your land can be searchable at FCDA and it will carry your name directly.
